Join us for our fifth festival of short silent films by youth in the Southern Tier. We have a wealth of entries this year and a wonderful Jury Panel! WSM thanks festival Presenting Sponsor, The Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, for its support! The Screening and Awards Ceremony is in-person, free and open to the public.
